About: At parties and social events, I’m the quiet person in the corner — but when it comes to one-on-one coaching I’m jumping out of the front-row-seat, cheering your journey to success (whether it’s personal, career, entrepreneurial, parenting or health and longevity). I combine my expertise in Change Leadership, Neuroscience, Creative Problem Solving, and Solution-Focused Coaching to guide people with high potential through the ups and downs of turning aspirations into reality. When I’m not coaching clients I’m running a training and facilitation business and teaching creativity and innovation to MBA students at Wilfrid Laurier University.
